DISPATCH & DELIVERY

We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders $99+ and same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 12 noon AEST Monday to Friday.  Orders placed after 12 noon, on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, will be dispatched the following day.

All products are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Delivery lead times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post or Startrack and international orders via AusPost International.  Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders $250+ AUD. Import taxes and duties are not covered in the price of your order or shipping. Some countries require payment of import taxes and duties to release the goods into your country. You will be contacted by your local postal service if import taxes are to be paid and will be directed to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your item will be delivered. Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order - tax and duty calculators are available on the Internet. Any additional costs incurred is the responsibility of the customer.
