lapoche.com accepts credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), ApplePay and PayPal transactions. Your bank, credit card and personal payment details are never shared. Please note, all invoices and payments will be processed via Lapoche's parent company Hallow Brands Pty Ltd.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Changed your mind? 

That’s OK – we have extended our return period for Christmas from 30 days to 60 days, so you can shop with confidence. You now have 60 days to return any item, other than those which have been personalised/embroidered.  Email us at hello@lapoche.com to let us know you will be returning your item, and so long as it arrives back in its original packaging and exactly the same condition as it was when we shipped it to you, we will offer a full refund.  Please note, the return postage will be at your expense.  Please also ensure you receive a tracking number for your return parcel so that it can be traced.  If we do not receive it, we cannot refund it.

The 60 day return period is vaild for orders placed between 1/12/2023 - 31/12/2023.

Unhappy with the quality of an item?

We are passionate about delivering our customers high quality products and offer a two year warranty on all items. If any product does not meet your expectations or is faulty in some way, please contact us immediately at hello@lapoche.com. A replacement item will be issued and all postage fees covered by us.
