Lapoche x Luxury Escapes Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
1.
The Travel Prize is
valid for travel from 24 December 2026 to 31 October 2027. It must be booked
through Luxury Escapes before 1 October 2027 and is subject to availability and
any blackout dates. Any part of the Travel Prize not used by 31 October 2027 is
forfeited, with no cash or credit given.
15. The prize must be booked by the stated book-by date or it will
expire and be unavailable for use. Prize is not transferable, non-refundable
and not redeemable for cash. All room inclusions are for 2 adults unless stated
otherwise. Any additional guests or activities are at the winner’s expense.
Blackout periods and surcharges apply, including school holidays, long

16. The
Travel Prize is valid for accommodation only. It doesn't include flights,
airport transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, spending
money, meals, drinks or activities not listed above, or local taxes, resort
fees and incidentals payable at the hotel.
17. The
winner and their travel companions are responsible for meeting all travel,
passport, visa and entry requirements for Thailand. Travel insurance is
strongly recommended. Companions must travel on the same booking and dates as
the winner.
18. Redeeming
the Travel Prize is subject to Luxury Escapes' and the hotel's terms and
conditions. Luxury Escapes is responsible for providing the Travel Prize.
Draw
22. The
draw will take place at 3.00pm AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026 at 24/148
Chesterville Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia by random computerised
selection from all valid entries.
23. Each
valid entry, including each bonus entry, has an equal chance of being drawn. No
entrant can win more than one Product Prize.
Notification
and claiming
24. Winners
will be notified by direct message from the verified @lapochetravel account
only and email from hello@lapoche.com within 1 business day of the draw.
25. The
Promoter will never ask winners for payment, card details or passwords. Any
account claiming to be the Promoter that asks for these is not the Promoter and
should be reported.
26. To
claim a prize, a winner must reply to the direct message or email within 7 days
of it being sent, confirming their full name and email address. The Promoter
will then contact the winner by email to arrange the prize, including their
colour choices and delivery address (and, for the Travel Prize winner, booking
details with Luxury Escapes). Winners must provide this information within 7
days of the Promoter's email, or the prize may be forfeited. The Promoter may
ask for proof of identity and age.
27. If a
prize isn't claimed within 7 days, or a winner is ineligible, the winner
forfeits the prize. A redraw will then take place at 3.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 10
November 2026 at the same place, and any redraw winner will be notified the
same way and have 7 days to claim.
General
conditions
28. Prizes
can't be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes
unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may
substitute a prize of equal value.
29. Winners
are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or other taxes that
apply to receiving a prize in their own country, including those charged on
delivery of a Product Prize (see clause 16). The Promoter isn't responsible for
a prize that can't be delivered because these charges are unpaid. Winners
should seek their own advice about any tax that may apply.
30. The
Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the giveaway, breaks these
terms or acts unlawfully or inappropriately. The Promoter's decision on any
matter about the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. If
the giveaway is disrupted by anything beyond the Promoter's reasonable control,
such as a technical failure, fraud or a change to Instagram, the Promoter may
modify, suspend or end it, subject to any direction from a relevant regulatory
authority.
The information on how to enter and the prize details
form part of these terms. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Promoter

The promoter is Hallow Brands Pty Ltd -
Lapoche, ABN 82 678 569 205, of 24/148 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189,
Australia (Promoter). The giveaway
is in partnership with Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (Luxury Escapes).
Eligibility
2.
Entry is open worldwide to individuals
aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who hold an Instagram account. Entry
is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3.
Employees, officers and contractors of
the Promoter, Luxury Escapes and their related agencies, and their immediate
families, are not eligible to enter.
4.
The Promoter may ask any entrant to
verify their identity, age and eligibility. An entrant who cannot do so may be
disqualified.
Promotional
period
5.
The giveaway opens at 7.00pm AEDT on
Wednesday 21 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026
(Promotional Period). All times are
Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Melbourne). Entries received outside the
Promotional Period will not be accepted.
How
to enter
6.
To enter, during the Promotional Period
an entrant must:
a.
follow @lapochetravel and
@luxury.escapes on Instagram;
b.
comment "SIGN UP" on the
giveaway post on @lapochetravel; and
c.
reply to the automated direct message
from @lapochetravel with their email address.
7.
Completing all three steps gives one
entry. Alternatively, an entrant who follows both accounts can enter by
completing and submitting the entry form, with all required details, on the
giveaway page at lapoche.com/pages/lapoche-x-luxury-escapes.
For one bonus entry, the entrant must also post a separate comment on the
giveaway post tagging 2 different Instagram users. Each extra comment tagging 2
different users who haven't been tagged before gives one more bonus entry.
8.
Tagged users must be real people aged
18 or over who the entrant reasonably believes would like to be tagged.
Business, brand, celebrity, fake or duplicate accounts won't count.
9.
Entrants must still follow both
accounts at the time of the draw.
10. After
commenting, entrants receive an automated direct message from @lapochetravel
asking for their email address. An entry is only complete once the entrant
replies with a valid email address before the Promotional Period closes.
Comments without an email address reply are not valid entries. The automated
message will never ask for payment, card details or passwords.
11. No
purchase is necessary to enter, and making a purchase doesn't improve an
entrant's chance of winning.
12. Entries
made with bots, automated software, multiple or fake accounts, or by any other
means the Promoter considers unfair will be invalid. Comments that are
offensive or break Instagram's Community Guidelines may be removed and treated
as invalid.
Prizes
13. There
are 3 winners. The first valid entry drawn wins the Lapoche Product Prize
(total value $1,089.10) and the Luxury Escapes Travel Prize (total value
$3,750). The second and third valid entries drawn each win a Lapoche Product
Prize. The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $7,017.30 (incl. GST).
14. Product Prize (x3).
Each Product Prize includes one of every product in the Lapoche S26 collection,
plus selected Lapoche travel pieces, with a total value of AUD $1,089.10 RRP (incl. GST). The winner can choose the colourway
for each item from the colours available.

15. Colourways
are subject to stock availability. If the chosen colourway or an item is
unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a product of equal value.
16. The
Promoter pays for delivery of Product Prizes to anywhere in the world,
excluding any customs duties, import taxes and fees charged on delivery.
Product Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of a winner's claim being
validated, to the street address the winner provides.
17. Travel Prize (x1). The
Travel Prize is a 7-night stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket, Thailand, in a Laguna
Room for 2 adults and 1 child, provided by Luxury Escapes. The Travel Prize is
valued at AUD $3,750 and includes:
o
1 x child aged 11 or under staying and
eating free;
o
Daily buffet breakfast at Market Place;
o
Daily lunch or dinner at Pool Side,
Azzurra, Baan Talay or XANA;
o
Daily free-flow cocktail hour at Pool
Side or XANA;
o
1 x 60-minute massage per adult at
Angsana Spa;
o
Complimentary non-motorised water
sports; and
o
A 10% discount on spa and dining.
18. The
Travel Prize is valid for travel from 24 December 2026 to 31 October 2027. It
must be booked through Luxury Escapes before 1 October 2027 and is subject to
availability and any blackout dates. Any part of the Travel Prize not used by
31 October 2027 is forfeited, with no cash or credit given.
19. To
the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Luxury Escapes aren't liable for
any loss, damage or injury arising from the giveaway or a prize, except where
it can't be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the
Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
20. With
winners' consent, the Promoter and Luxury Escapes may use winners' names,
Instagram handles and photos for publicity about the giveaway, without further
payment.
Privacy
34. The
Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the giveaway, deliver
prizes and for marketing. By entering, entrants agree to their personal
information being shared with Luxury Escapes. They also agree to receive
marketing communications, including by email, from both the Promoter and Luxury
Escapes. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing
email from the Promoter or Luxury Escapes. Winners' details will also be shared
with delivery providers as needed to provide prizes, and with regulatory
authorities if required. To access or correct their personal information, or to
make a privacy enquiry, entrants can contact the Promoter at hello@lapoche.com.
Instagram
35. This
giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability
connected to the giveaway. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter,
not Instagram.
Governing
law
36. These
terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
